Begin your journey with a thorough movement assessment and a focused trial workout with a senior specialist. This crucial step lays the foundation, giving us the insight to craft a training plan that meets you exactly where you are and is perfectly aligned with your goals. You will then be matched with a coach dedicated to unlocking your full potential in Private or Small Group Training. The consultation fee will be fully offset if you decide to continue with a training package.

Private Training is your time - a fully personalised hour, deeply focused, and built entirely around you. Whether you’re rebuilding strength, refining technique or simply carving out time for yourself, your coach will meet you where you are - and get you where you want to be. Train when it works for you, with the freedom to adapt as life shifts.

Think personal training - shared with 2 to 6 others. The best of both worlds in an hour-long session - your own personal training plan at a fraction of the cost, plus the energy and support of like-minded kin. Each person follows their own tailored plan, guided by a coach who ensures you stay challenged, safe, and progressing. It's focused, efficient, and never overcrowded - just the right balance of accountability and autonomy.
