How do i start PRivate or smAll gRoup tRaining?

STEP 1: CONSULTATION & TRIAL
Begin your journey with a thorough movement assessment and a focused trial workout with a senior specialist. This crucial step lays the foundation, giving us the insight to craft a training plan that meets you exactly where you are and is perfectly aligned with your goals. You will then be matched with a coach dedicated to unlocking your full potential in Private or Small Group Training. The consultation fee will be fully offset if you decide to continue with a training package. Book here.

STEP 2: QUESTIONNAIRE
We like to be prepared, so before your consultation & trial, you will be asked to fill up this short questionnaire. Every meaningful change starts with a single step. By sharing a few details, you help us understand your story—so we can pair you with the right specialist and begin crafting a path that truly supports your growth, inside and out. This isn’t just a form. It’s the start of something real.

STEP 3: LOCK IN A PLAN
Your specialist will walk you through training frequency, pricing, and tailored options - offering thoughtful, no-obligation recommendations to help you choose what feels right for you. Register and purchase here.

STEP 4: SIGN WAIVER, PAR-Q & ADD EMERGENCY CONTACT
Before you jump into your 1st session (and crush it 💥), we need just 2 mins to do 2 important things to keep you safe and keep us legal - everyone wins!

STEP 5: START MOVING!
With your plan in place and waiver signed, all that’s left is to book your first session. Set the date with your specialist, show up, and take the first powerful step toward a stronger, more grounded you.

All you need to bring is:

  • gym wear - so you can move comfortably

  • facial wash - because skin is personal, and we don’t mess with your glow routine
